We want you to love your FUELMODE gear. If something isn't working out, we've got you covered with a simple, no-drama return process.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll make it right.

Condition requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the above conditions, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days for the funds to show up in your account.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Send us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out right away — no need to ship anything back in most cases.

How to start a return

To begin a return, email us at support@shopfuelmode.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps within 24 hours on business days.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or opened (beyond what's necessary to inspect them) aren't eligible for return. Final sale items, if any are marked as such, are also non-returnable.
